



Operation HOPE (Homeless Outreach Providing Encouragement) is a multi-purpose community outreach program assisting homeless women and families with children of North San Diego County, California. Our Cold-Weather Homeless Shelter complex has a capacity of approximately 46, many of whom are children, during the coldest months of the year, usually December through March.
Our winter shelter is based on a collaborative model that draws on the commitment and concern of local government, social service agencies, businesses, organizations, and individuals as a coalition of North San Diego County social service agencies and municipalities, including ~
