Operation HOPE-Vista (Homeless Outreach Providing Encouragement) is a multi-purpose community outreach program assisting homeless women and families with children of North San Diego County, California. Our Cold-Weather Homeless Shelter complex has a capacity of approximately 46, many of whom are children, during the coldest months of the year, usually December through March.
At Operation HOPE-Vista, we are so pleased to serve these families by providing:
A temporary, safe, substance-free living environment for families with children and single women
Specialized case management
Life skills training such as financial literacy, parenting education, and healthy lifestyle choices
Educational programs, like Homework Club, that help the children gain valuable self-esteem
Resource information and faithful care to rebuild lives
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Annual Giving Campaign, Transforming Lives with HOPE, which will help us raise necessary operating funds...working together, we create practical solutions to emerging community needs through our combined strengths, shared resources and leveraged assets.
